Since the firm's establishment, they have focused on leveraging their extensive network of Project Management professionals to help organizations deliver optimal results based on proven practices and methodologies.

The Principals of The Talent Source have been actively engaged in the advancement of the Project Management Profession holding Officer roles for the South Florida Chapter of the Project Management Institute over a number of years. Claire Marrero continues to support the South Florida Chapter of PMI in the role of Director, Center of Excellence. She has also held the position of Vice President of Programs for South Florida's premier not for profit, ITWomen since 2004, and continues to support this vibrant groups' efforts to increase female representation in the IT community at large.
