Immediate 12 month + engagement in Boca Raton offering either Contract or permanent employment options to attract top candidates.

This scope of this role will see you work closely with Sales to define, elcit and document their business needs with the current Lead, Account, Opportunity and related objects that currently have been deployed across the North American Business Units and then interpret them to the Program/Project team to ensure comprehension and adherence to all standards and processes. Coordinates with other project teams to ensure that interdependencies are defined and resolved. Ensures the right information is identified at the appropriate level of detail to assist in analysis of the business as well as ensure the solution enables modes of accessing and analyzing data and / or requested functionality that are most conducive to fulfilling the objectives of the business. 

Other core responsibilities will include: 

  • Serve as lead business analyst for the Sales functions of our client's North America Installation & Service business.
  • Apply deep analytical skills of the Sales processes (Lead to Sales Order booking) objectives and technologies of Sales and Marketing to support our client's Commercial Enablement program.
  • Communicate regularly with business stakeholders, IT Project team members and relevant Steering Committees to capture sign off on and approval on all relevant documentation.
  • Define and prioritize demand with business stakeholders
  • Act as an IT functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to dependent teams, efforts and functions.
  • Lead the creation of process models with the intent to advise how to “IT-enable” Sales process improvement efforts.
  • Support Sales process standardization and simplification improvements to enable -Enterprise wide leveraging and streamlining of the IT applications landscape.
  • Ensure IT functional team deliverables are aligned to business priorities & objectives.
  • Support solution design and testing activities, assess overall quality of solution and fit with business capability needs, ensure go-live readiness of Business and IT communities, and measure business results after solution stabilization.
  • Champion, guide & support cross functional teams with IT analysis activities.
  • Change Management – Ability to document gaps between current state process and future state process and ability to train the end users on the gaps
  • Provide functional support to the application users, including training.
  • Ability to train end users on the new Salesforce Lightening solution
